Dear friends, I am glad that you invite me to visit Kiev, where I have not been for a long time. What do I want to say? One direction of my work is devoted to business success technologies for Homo Conscious. Before such methods have being using only by intelligent services like KGB etc. I truly advice you to read the article written by Director of Institute of Brain, which was published in November last year in Russian journal “Chemistry and Life”. Our work is the attempt to introduce some human development technologies into society.

When man has lunch, he chooses certain food, chews it, swallows it, and digests it. But what is happening with information? 95% of existing information man is not able to understand. He is not able to bite it, to chew. He does not know how to swallow it, how to digest it. But it appears that these processes have been already studied very well. There are institutes in Kiev, which were busy with this subject, and with study of cerebrum (head brain). To say briefly our task is phantom senses. What is this? Imagine, that man loosed his leg but his absent leg is still painful. This is exactly phantom sense that connects with combination of cerebrum and memory.

No many know how to use phantom senses. Our technology enables us to use it. It enables us to project the situation using energy of processes in organism and surrounding, to create the situation, to control the situation that is really necessary for many in business.

There are now more then 120 centers, including 20 Informational centers, although there are no literature and advertising. More then 200 thousands people have been taught already.

Today my friends from Feodossiya came here with me. I think we could show and tell you something. You will know that child can display wonderful abilities. We do not use hypnosis, or zombie-technique, or coding. There is real possibility for grandmother to teach her grandchildren to such abilities. I do not teach anybody although you can read somewhere that Bronnikov influences someone. I repeat that we have huge system without advertising. We got many offers of money but we try to get rid of money because we do not want to be dependent on it.

Just imagine nice young woman on the market, she sells potato, for example. Next to young woman old woman also sells potato. Everybody buys potato from old woman, and nobody from young one. It appears that young woman stays and thinks: “Well, everybody walks around, rich people came here and do not want to buy my potato”. I.e. her thoughts are negative. She radiates whole flow of negative information. But old woman thinks: “I will sell potato, buy sweets and treat my grandchildren”. I.e. from young woman we get an informational “stink”, but from old woman – a pleasant aroma. If person thinks negatively nothing is gained by it because person radiates a certain process.

What is necessary for business success? For example, I want to take money from you. Easy mode: I am a cashier. I think that there is a safe behind me. I do not want that somebody give money to me. I do want that they put money into the safe. People even do not understand why they are attracted to give up money. Where thought goes – there energy goes. If man knows what is the system of integrated psychology then energies attracting money switch on. There are principles for book-keeper, for safe, and for manager. What does manager need? Not money. The Name is my price. The Name. That is why I cost a lot of money. The second need of manager is the Tool, i.e. specialists. There are firms where manager is book-keeper, cashier, and executor at the same time. This kind of firms will disappear soon. If we know principles we can create some nature, which will grow, then will be transformed, and will change spaces.

Now, while I am sitting here, articles are writing, and films are shooting. There are more then 40 films about us. I spent zero cents on it. There are many TV programs. Our specialists do it. It is necessary just to know the nature of financial processes that we try to give you.

5 years ago we were at the Moscow State University, at the physics department. There was big group of scientists. We showed them our children, explained them our methods. During coffee brake we had discussion about economics. Everybody said that yes, we should research it, we should invest money in such research, but where we can find that money? And one man said: “This is my task!” It appeared that he is the expert in elaboration of economical operations. They elaborate economical situations, but some material forces influence these situations. He said: “I alone and few people more know what is really going with Russian economics”. He challenged us. I saw that he is not prepared psychologically. I said him: “If you talk like this you do not understand anything in economy field”. He: “Prove it!” I asked him then: “You told me that subtle-material forces influence finances. What do you know about them? – Nothing. I drew ring and question in it on the blackboard. – What do you know about finances? – Everything. – I drew another ring. – But what do you know about people? – Nothing. – I drew again ring with question in. – Shall we have a look further? Three drawn rings are 100%. We divide it on three times 33%. You possess the 33% of information, but I possess the 66% of information. And you judge using just 33%. Business and finances are war and fight. In this situation I tricked you. The deal is that in the center of ring there is a point and everything is designated in ring. In center there is a meaning technology, and all these are integrated model. I.e. we should know 5 factors, but not 3. And you now have 20%, when 100% is divided on 5. How to understand it?”

The next scheme is the scheme of product-money relations. Now you will know that Ukraine and Russia are two richest countries. All you know the scheme of product-money relations. At the beginning there was barter. Then metal money appeared – virtual product. Money is the means of labour exchange. Then paper money appeared (it was supported by gold). Now it is possible to print anything what you want. And the Japanese print dollars better then the Americans. At present time Japan fights with USA. USSR was in between. If you think that Soviet Union has been destroyed, you are wrong. Country is not a sheep. It is the shepherd. But shepherd is intelligent service. The process of world globalization is going now. World became the whole economy. Understanding it no one country provides paper money or gold. Now they input figure system. Whose mathematics is better in the world? Whose specialists have spread around whole world? There is conception of Human Capital, which means that product and money are in man. The high quality man is the best value. There is hidden experienced politics in world now. Chinese bought the best places in universities and institutes for next 10 years. Human capital is the best value. But we let go this capital out from USSR. Ukraine is getting the specialization on graduation of human capital for world. We should understand it. People should be able to work in a new fashion with their organisms, to develop their capabilities, to use it in their life. The basis of business consists of success, good fortune and happiness. Good fortune comes to people, who able to accept it. Success comes to people, who able to see. Happiness comes to people, who able to feel. Getting these abilities people become harmonious developed. It costs big money. The faster we understand it the faster we become rich. I have been in many European countries and I can say that our people are the most health. They have the best quality. Our people are the best. I have relatives in Italy, I have great opportunities and suggestions from foreigners, but I belong to Motherland. I belong to country where is the most of human capital.

Now I invite here one ordinary girl. Her name is Nadia. She is 12 and she is from Feodossiya. Please, Nadia, tell us about yourself.

Nadia:
— Two my sisters were teaching me at home after they learned method on courses.
— It appears sisters – I knew it only now although we have been in train together. Her sisters were teaching her. She has two sisters, one of which works in our center – secretary Irochka. She also has interesting abilities. I would invite her mother too.

Nadia`s mother:
— We are very ordinary parents. I have construction profession. When my oldest daughter began to train to Bronnikov method, I was against of it because I thought this is coding, zombie-making etc. But she learned it. And she began to teach her sisters. I found that children became less acceptable to deceases and more active. Several years ago I started to loose speech and extremities because of strong headache, but my children in few hours had removed me from this condition by Bronnikov method. And I began to study too. At present I have hard physical job, but I can always rehabilitate myself. During this time I got rid of many chronic deceases. I am 50 now. I remember myself 10 years ago, when I was always tired and ill. Now I feel myself much better then 10-15 years ago and I appreciate this condition. I dream to be a specialist of Bronnikov method. I do not want that my children live like me. In our family we even do not allow to decease to happen. We can work with our organisms. Now we much easier solve our problems. I have normal family. To exist in today’s surrounding we should be normal people.

— Nadia, what can you do now?
Nadia:
— Now I can feel energy by my body. On the 2nd stage I can see by brain inside myself. I control my inner vision. I developed my memory by Biocomputer. My external vision is still developing. In total I study about three years.

— How much time is necessary to learn the first stage?
Nadia:
— Everybody has own energetic state. Everyone perceives by own way. In 10 lessons 2 hours I can teach people to the 1st stage of method.

— Do you teach your friends?
Nadia:
— Some friends are interested. They ask me to teach them and I teach them. Some friends are indifferent. There are friends who ask to help and I help them.

— Do you learn medical program?
Nadia:
— Yes, I do.
— It means that she can become diagnostician. I can say that my wife, my daughter, son, son’s wife are specialists. My friends are specialists. We are infected in positive meaning. Now we ask Nadia to show us what she can do. (Nadia wears a mask on eyes. V. Bronnikov put a bottle in front of her.)

— Nadia, what do you see?
Nadia:
— There is a glass with water. No, this is a bottle with green label. There is water in it. Red text is on the label. (Woman from conference hall puts on desk cell phone)
Nadia:
— This is mobile phone, red and black colour. (It is right.)
— This is just technology of teaching, you could do the same.

Nadia:
— He keeps glasses. Like this (she shows how man keeps glasses).

— People who have no eyes come to our centers. Every summer blind people with hard problems come to Feodossiya. One of them was Anechka from Poland, 21 years old. She has no eyeballs. She is learning now external vision. And she also wears the mask. We use mask as a psychological direction, to switch on other type of vision. One thing I can say: Children can better join the system then adults. Children up to 14 can be 100% taught to method. In case of people of 30-50 years old certain psychological factor works. Only 70% of them can be taught to method. Mathematicians and physicists are very difficult in study. They have certain type of psychology. We worked in Yakutsk. Probably because of difficult nature conditions adults were studying better then children. These abilities, this technology you can use and develop yourself. For example, mother comes to our courses, pass them, and then teach her children, husband and friends. Then she goes to the 2nd stage, and so on. I teach only specialists. Very soon I have courses in Kiev. Because there is need to develop it there. Kiev is a special city, very uncommon. Its symbol is archangel Mikhail, which is 7-ends star, the system of transformation. That is why we are here.

— Can Nadia see inner organs of people?
— She is learning. She can. I see worse because I didn’t pass medical program. Sometimes I teach specialists to fighting art, but I do not possess it myself. We certainly have a natural “psychiatric clinic”. Because I have been taught to certain technics and I have to use them further. I have no any relation to fighting arts. But my teacher gave me so many things, which I even do not know how to use. I am not able to drive. But I am the professional passenger.

My son participated in program concerning cancer diagnostics. Histologists were taught him and other participants. I never even heard about it. We should learn how to use everything. These are not miracles, but this is capabilities development. If I begin to study it I get it. But it is not possible to get everything.

— I.e. it is possible to compare your specialist diagnostics with work of special equipment?
— Yes, it is. We were comparing the work of our children, of our specialists. Everything depends on people power to wish and diligence. Nadia trains already almost 3 years. I think at the beginning she did not understand, what is what. Gradually person starts to interest. Somebody, opposite, leaves off.

— What is the general goal of your work? Why do you organize all this?
— I do not organize anything. People come, suggest and ask me. I have my own plans etc. I would like to ask the leader of Kiev Center for Human Development to speak. — I am Bogdan Nikolaevitch, leader of Kiev Center for Human Development. I am specialist in medicine. Last year I was learning Bronnikov method in Feodossiya. I saw that method is very value. The first stage gives different life quality. About 60 people have passed already this stage in our Center, and they are very thankful. Some of them improved their eyesight and memory quality, some of them got rid of certain pathologies. Many have problem of chronic fatigue syndrome. People taught to method say that they never get tired now. After completing the complex of exercises man can feel the burst of energy.
— This method is old as life. We give you method adapted to modern condition. We use ancient technologies from Tibet, from East. Although if you read carefully Slavic bylinas, you find everything there: About life and death water and so on.

— Is there special people selection for completing learning groups? Are there people whom you reject? What is the cost of learning? Why you cannot help Ukraine to overcome crisis situation?
— I begin form the last question. Who needs it? You are not a state. Certain people control the state. They need it. Director controls the enterprise. President controls the state. We were spreading the program of Ukraine development. If we get support then Ukraine has the second revolution tomorrow (informational revolution), and whole world subscribes to courses in Ukraine. There are many states, which are ready to spread it. But we are not agreed. There are no expenses from Ukraine on our program at all. I plan to build center in Feodossiya that costs about 4-10 milliards dollars. There is a line of persons interested to give us money. We prepare this system. For this purpose I personally communicate with certain safety structures of Ukraine and Russia. We try to inform everyone who has right to make decision. But they have other motivations. Training costs are different in different places. I hope when my books will be out, it will cost zero. You will be able to study at home. Now the first stage costs about 100 euro. 1000 euro is the price for foreigners. We have also charity programs.

What about selection? First three stages people pass easily. But someone pass only one stage because this is enough for him. Another passes two stages. And so on. Selection depends on the aim. We do not select, person chooses itself. Everyone can play on guitar, but not everyone can become the musician. This is the work. Every day 15-20 minutes have to be spent. Most of people are users. But everybody who comes to learn is learning. There are also free programs.

— Had you rejection from the top? I mean rejection from super-mind for your activity? Or opposite: did you feel that the top pushes you to do your work?
— I do not need to do it. It even hampers me. I prepare only specialists. Certain forces ask me to propose it to people. People should know that it does exist. They ask us to give it to people. In the world during period 1980 – 1990 hidden revolution have happened, great discoveries have been done... If in the nearest future people do not know about those discoveries, then people are not able to perceive them later on.

— What is the motivation for learning?

— Program has been developed on the base of suggestions and notifications like: “Why you give nothing to people?” I can teach many specialists. Ukraine needs to develop, people need to be developed.

— Please, tell us about exercises in your system.
(Nadia`s mother shows couple of exercises)

— Exercises develop human capillary system. Man getting old and sick, and he dies because of capillary instability. Our exercises helps capillary to become health again. Circulation of the blood is improving in problematic places. When person with unhealthy capillary begins to do our exercises, this person gets headache. We explain in this case that you have to continue with exercises and to suffer pain for a couple of days.
— If you see the negative of man, can you prevent it?
— I am not God. I possess only defined limited qualities. We began to teach specialists because I understood that people knows nothing. We need specialists with medical education. I need correction and diagnostics too. Our system is not for self-employed madman. I have my own preferential qualities, you have your own ones, and he has his own ones. Together we are the whole system.
— The vision of another’s money in the pocket is the possibility to stir up the mind and take money away, etc. How do you regard to that your system can be used to the detriment?
— Such abilities are employing for a long time to the detriment and without Bronnikov. I had a meeting with minister of Ukraine Ministry of Internal Affaires, and he said me that he has statistic of such transgressions. But their investigators are not prepared. They do not know how to work with it. These phenomena exist always. We should aim that law and order keep watch on it. In Russia I got suggestion to organize the center for investor defense. The process, connected with valuable papers, is not controlled in the world at present. Organization of such center is really necessary.

Question: Respected Vyacheslav Mikhailovich! Could you tell us please how many years have been spent on your unique method development? Is it deal of your life?
Answer: I was learned from 3 years old. When I have been married and got children I realized that I must give them my knowledge. I knew 144 exercises of the first stage. How to teach it my children and wife, who didn’t believe anything? Actually, she has learned everything from our daughter. I tried to create algorithm for the 1st stage and I elaborated 18 exercises. The same was with the 2nd, 3rd and 4th stages. This is Bronnikov method – Algorithm. Although the system is very old. When I was 41 my teacher gave me permission to develop method and to use it. I managed with teaching my wife and children. Then scientists invited me in Moscow, and I knew that in parallel military people are busy with similar research. Method was completed with last investigations of Natalia Petrovna Bekhtereva. Results of those investigations you can find in journal “Chemistry and Life” (November, last year). There is clear confirmation of method effects. Until now there is no literature written by me. I try to suppress this process. Because if we put it in the masses, then there will be nothing good. There should be the system (organization). We are not allowed to do these things. Many people already say that Bronnikov is their learner.

Question: Has your method been applied on practice? Are there results?
Answer: I think, if you have a look in internet for different informational centers, you find publications. There are many of them. I do not want to attribute those results to myself. The best results in work with blind children are results of my daughter. I call her “My general”. I am busy mostly with theory. I wrote about 10 books and hopefully they will be published soon.

Answer: Yes. I am the object of investigations too. When Natalia Bekhtereva investigated cerebrum of my son, a load has been taken off my mind. I know that my method is effective and it does work.

Answer: Very easy. This is not my experience. There is example in literature. One woman, journalist, decided to interview of multimillionaire. She asked him:
— How you became multimillionaire? How did you earn your milliards?
— Miss, is it possible to earn milliards?
— Did you steal them then?
— Is it possible to steal milliards? I am good psychologist and I understand people very well. I found people, who is able to earn money and combined them in system. If man has money and he is self-employed madman, then he is unhappy person. Do not have a hundred dollars, but have a hundred friends.

Question: How can you explain the fact that almost all humanity uses only small part of their brain? Probably we do not need more?
Answer: Of course, we do not need more. Because the world prefers fools – it is easier to direct them. What if your cow will go to the library? Or if chicken will learn something and stop to ill by chicken flu? Think, if man will have so many problems further and he will not have quality guarantee, then who needs him? Our woman cannot deliver without physician. 60% of men in society are impotents. Where you can find such things in nature? Probably we produce human products by wrong way? At present this question raises in the world in connection with creation of global educational system. This question is resolving now. State should produce products with defined guarantee.

Answer: It is more pleasure to work with sick people.

Answer: 30 lessons. Average — 30 lessons. 10 – the 1st stage, 10 – the 2nd, 10 — the 3rd. You can do even faster, but for organism development it would be better like I mention above.

Answer: I know Norbekov personally and I like him and his system. I do not know who is Natalia Pravdina. Everything that exists has right to exist. The question is what man can take from system.
